Telenor is one of the world’s major telco companies. Bleed has been designing identities, brands, extensions, e-commerce, retail experiences, services and digital products for Telenor for over a decade.

Customer experience, retail, e-commerce and self service

Bleed has iteratively designed, improved, refined and re-designed Telenor’s multichannel customer journeys, online presence and services based on insight and analysis of consumer behavior on several continents. Continuously improving sales, brand awareness, brand knowledge and self service capabilities. Each iteration has documented increases in sales with several hundred percent, boosted brand preference and greatly improved consumers’ ability to manage their own relationship with Telenor.

In a fluid, fast changing and highly competitive environment being forward thinking and building sustainable brand value is of great importance. Telenor is constantly working on maximizing brand value and brand relevance in 17 markets around the world. Bleeds work includes new sub-brands, merging of mature brands, stand-alone extensions to target new market segments and experimental new brands. All with a strong focus on long lasting concepts that improve brands performance, facilitates leading brand experiences and eases implementation and consistency in a large international organization.

New products and innovations for the consumer market

Telenor’s innovation division for digital ecosystems, IoT and consumer products (OTT-products) works with Bleed for new product- and service development and design. Bleed has been designing a wide range of products, experimenting and prototyping in the fuzzy front-end of technological possibilities targeting several different regions from rural Bangladesh to the highly mature Nordic market. The services range from entertainment services, music streaming, interactive-TV, movie-streaming, messaging, Chat, e-mail, image sharing, cloud storage and utilities like contacts management, payment services and partner infrastructure. While some of these services never left the lab, many thrive in the market and has gained a massive amount of users.
